To begin with, I ordered a bench that was backorded,but I was more than happy with the perceived wait time. It arrived at my home a week earlier than initially quoted. I loved the Free Shipping and day to day tracking of my product. The protective packaging was great along with the quality. It took me longer to breakdown the packaging of the bench than it did to put it together. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
